Policies and FAQs
Shipping I ship to most English-speaking courtiers; if your country is not listed please reach out to me and I can likely add it. All items are shipped from Vancouver Island, BC, Canada. With exception of pre-orders, I usually ship games the same or next day. Most customers in North America receive their order within 3-9 business days. I choose air mail for international shipments which usually means they arrive within 1-2 weeks; however that is highly variable depending on local carriers.
Local Pickup If you live near Victoria or Nanaimo, and would like to arrange for free local pickup, please select this option under shipping
Sustainability I am a big believer in sustainability and design my games to minimize waste. Most components are paper-based and recyclable, and I ship in Carbon-neutral shipping with Canada post.
Returns and Exchanges Due to the nature of the games, once your products have shipped, I’m unable to offer return or exchanges (unless legally required). However, please reach out to me with any question or concern – your satisfaction is my top priory.

International customers: usually there are no duties however European customers may be required to pay VAT.
Handmade All the games are lovingly made by yours truly – Jess: from designing the graphics, creating the puzzles, tangling the mysteries – and all the way to packing and writing the thank you cards. Your support of my small business means the world to me!
