Characters : The Williams’ family has five family members:
Two parents – Erin and Jamie, an older child named Jordan, a younger child named Kelly, and who could forget - Brady, their golden retriever.
There are 4 speaking characters in the game; however more can participate as observers. Other players can participate by reading the non-dialogue part of the storyIf there are young children who cannot read, we recommend that they partner with an adult, preferably one who is not playing a character.
All characters are gender-neutral.
Audience:
This game is written with families in mind and is meant to encourage children to learn how to read.
- Ages 3 to 6 would enjoy this game if they can partner with an adult (if possible, one who is not playing a character).
- Ages 7 to 10 can likely play independently as Jordan and Kelly. These characters' texts are written specifically to encourage kids who are learning how to read to participate.
- Olden teens and adults will enjoy the humor in the game and the mystery of finding the secret cookie-eater! However please note this game is geared towards a younger audience.
There are a few dialogues in the story, which should be read by each character.
